The Story Behind the Lotus Design

 

The lotus flower is one of if not the most significant flower in the world. In Eastern cultures they are a representation of purity, enlightenment and self-regeneration. 

 

Lotuses bloom in swampy waters and it reminds us that beautiful things can bloom in murky circumstances. It puts negative situations into a new perspective in a way that we can be hopeful that we will come out the other side. 

 

The past year has been a struggle for us all and most of us have been under murky waters. It was easy to lose the hope that we once had at the beginning of this pandemic. But just like the Lotus, we can bloom into new beginnings. 

 

We will bloom and that is the hope that we need to hold onto, for there is no growth without struggle.
